Saag Paneer

Saag Paneer made using AMMASEEMA Punjabi Curry Paste

1 lb Spinach, frozen

1 jar Curry Paste

1 lb Paneer or Tofu

Simmer spinach, Curry Paste and 1 jar water, with lid on until spinach is tender. Add paneer or tofu. Simmer 5 minutes without the lid or until desired consistency. Garnish as you please. Serve with rice or naan. It goes very well with corn tortillas too! (serves 4)

Note: If you want smoother spinach, blend spinach before cooking it with the 1 jar water mentioned above.
