Chicken Curry

Chicken Curry made using AMMASEEMA Punjabi Curry Paste

1 lb chicken (breast or drumsticks)

1 jar Curry Paste

Fry together chicken and curry paste for a minute (medium heat). Add 1 jar of water. Simmer with lid on until chicken is cooked through. Simmer 5 minutes without the lid or until desired consistency. Garnish with cilantro if you want. Serve with rice or naan. (serves 4)
