Seema’s Curried Rice
Seema’s Curried Rice made using AMMASEEMA Punjabi Curry Paste
1.5 cups Basmati rice, washed
1 jar Curry Paste
1 lb each of 2 or 3 different frozen vegetables (I suggest any of these: spinach, cauliflower, broccoli, peas, beans, chopped brussel sprouts)
2 teaspoons Salt
2.5 cups Water (The frozen vegetables will release some water)
Put everything in a pot. Cook like you would rice. Garnish with cilantro. (serves 4-6)
Protein is optional: 1 lb chicken breast or shrimp or meatballs. Fry a little in curry paste before adding vegetables and rice.
Add some protien!
Try it with shrimp cooked in AMMASEEMA curry.
