Aloo Gobi (potatoes and cauliflower)

Aloo Gobi made using AMMASEEMA Punjabi Curry Paste

1 small cauliflower head (or half a large one) cut up. You can also use 2 lb frozen cauliflower

2 medium potatoes, cubed

1 jar Punjabi Curry Paste

Stir together cauliflower, pototes and curry paste for a minute. Add 1 jar full of water. Simmer with lid on until the vegetables are done. Simmer without the lid for a couple of minutes. Garnish with cilantro. Serve with rice or naan. (serves 4-6)
