Ground Beef with Green Peppers
Ground Beef with Green Peppers made using Amma Seema Punjabi Curry Paste
1 lb Ground beef
1 lb Fresh green peppers (You can substitute green peppers with frozen green peas or raw cubbed potatoes
1 jar Curry Paste
Fry ground beef and curry paste together. Add green peppers and 1 jar water. Simmer with lid on until ground beef is tender. Simmer 5 minutes without the lid. Garnish with cilantro if you want. Serve with rice or naan. (serves 4)
